In order to provide the highest quality service at Rewind Spa, we collect and store personal health information related to your services, payments and treatment history. Protecting your information, and privacy is very important to us. We use a secured electronic medical records service to record all necessary information that is compliant with Canadian privacy laws. This information is only available to Rewind Spa and will not be shared with third parties. All information is only used when related to Rewind Spa activities such as promotions (email or text message), surveys, phone calls when necessary for clinical follow-ups and for the creation of customized treatment plans. Financial data is stored in our payment software with only records of transactions available (we can not see individual card information, it is stored in encrypted form).

Photos:

We may request to take your photos during your treatment process. This helps our clinical team analyze results and reference back as necessary. Rewind may wish to use your before and after photos for promotional materials, but will only do so with your permission.
